Changes In New Community

 I don’t know how many are aware, but apparently, there were some changes in the community right before I was banned. One of them was that they added a tip jar to posts for gold members. This means that people can activate a tip jar where users can tip bloggers points. 

My question is this: Is this going to apply to posts with pictures taken from the internet? Because that, my friends, runs so far afoul of the DMCA, right of publicity, and copyright law that they’re going to have issues. I can just see what would happen when their DMCA takedown office is flooded with takedown notices and they dilly dally like they do with everything else. 

Points, for all intents and purposes, function as currency. People other than the copyright owners will be profiting from their work.  

The other thing I took note of is when they said that Gold is being weighted higher algorithmically in the Trending List from now on. 

So, it seems, it’s slowly becoming pay-to-play in the blogs

      Good to see real information, several test of the new “tip jar’ shows that it is a 100% gift as the site is not taking a cut (at Present), what happens and why we will watch. The Tip jar can be turned on by the author of a post. He/she also has a second toggle that will allow the amount of tips (total) to show or not.

      The comment on Points as currency, Yes, even by the site’s own definition they are Money.. There is a real debate on just what a point is worth. one would have to look at it from two sides. 

      1- From the side of the site, it appears a point is the equivalent to a Penny for they sell these points at a rate on $10.00 for 1000 points.

      2- From the user, it has a vast variance. It looks like the site is asking 4000 points for one month Gold, hence 1 point is 1 penny, if one watches the main feed it looks like the current market value being offered to renewals is $64 for a 12 months subscription. that shows at $5.33 a month. So now a more realistic value is figured of a point being equal to 0.13 cents a far cry from 1 cent per point.

      In the past months the site has turned into a pimp store for video porn. It has allowed a large group of Columbia Girls to begin to post on the blog section advertising their CAM show and in a sly way inviting patrons to view these “LIve”Adult video shows.

      First I have seen some that were a looped video with some one I.E manager manning the keyboard. It is easy to see that this group of girls are all operating from one “set”, as coordinated. Perfect lighting as in, no shadows, all have profile photos that are made by a professional, hair do, makeup all professional done.. easy to see.

      Second.The site has placed a shield/screen on top of these CAN girls CAM show and before you can view you have to “click inside the box to view” this is a 35 point charge . so there goes free CAM for Gold” The place is a sham, it has no defined business model. It changes directions on a whim and every time an update is made a lot of things that worked , now act different..

        If the site is not taking a “piece” of the pie when it comes to the tip jar, they’re going to be okay in terms of lawsuits if people are using pics stolen from the internet. The bloggers, however, could be in a world of hurt. In order to save the site some time and money in the long run, all they would have to do is make the user check a box signaling that they are the copyright holder. It’s really not that complicated, but they’re too stupid to do it. DMCA takedowns are another manner. They’re not criminal, but they can be a huge pain in the ass if the site takes its time taking down pictures.

        Second, the whole cam system there is screwed, I don’t watch them. I suspect large companies have stolen identification in other countries where they have studios full of women who are paid crap. If you find yourself with time, do a little search on “Andrew Tate” and check out that that loser has done to a bunch of women in Romania that he trafficked from the states.

        So, are you telling me that you have to pay to cam? And/or, are you saying you have to be gold to even view a cam. If it’s the latter, I did know. Do you have to pay just to watch the cam of everyday users of the site or of cam girls?

        Was a question as which points used for tips. I take it Dating side points are used for tips on the Community side not kudo points.

          Yes, dating side points are used for tips on cams as well as tip jars. Kudos are bullshit and only apply to the the community side and getting into the Club 7 group. LMAO

    I noticed the tip jar when I was last on the site but didn’t look into what it was.

    On cams, I remember a few posts in the blogs by Golds grumbling about how they had to spend points to view cams. I don’t know if they were talking about the “Live Model” cams or just cams broadcasted by regular users.

        Facts :

        Any one can CAM., free ……

        Gold is supposed to be able to watch CAM free….

        Standard are charged 28Pts to watch a CAM, until it drops out or quits , then another 28Pts.

        These New Girls have screen overlay on the video that takes a 35 point click to remove. Thus Gold is not free to watch all CAM, just some of them, deceptive advertising. it is common for the site to kick a CAMer off for no reason. just restart and continue, but if a standard was watching they have to up another 28 Pts!!! with a gold watching . just click and it is back..

        I’ll post a screen shot of overlay for These new CAM vgirls later..

        I back again, finished supper for the crew.. Got a lot of my new yard cleared off this afternoon. When the crew put in the new field lines for the septic system they cleared off some Hedge bushes at the end. I just had him push them out of he way. I didn’t need to pay him to get rid of them That was my job,, any hooooo. a nice day.. How do I post a photo. I dont see a way.. ?? ray

        THis is Him again, some news on who is able to gift “A touch of Gold” a new feature  ( we need more NEW SHIT!!) where a gold can spend 300 points to a stsndard and it gives them accss to the sender for 3 days!!! LOL
